Assembly method of corner part connection
The main function of the industrial slot aluminum frame is to connect frames such as workbenches, racks, fences, etc. The assembly of industrial aluminum profiles does not require welding and is relatively simple to install. This method uses the corner pieces of aluminum profiles with T-bolts and flange nuts to directly fix the connection. The slotted profile can realize the connection of 45 degrees, 90 degrees, and 135 degrees angles. Punching and tapping the profile is unnecessary to assemble the aluminum profile frame using the corner piece connection, which is a quicker way to build.

Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a self-own factory, with aluminum extrusion lines and deep prcessing machines since 2012.
Q2: How about the products standrads?
Technology Standrads: GB/5237-2008.
Q3: How to make customized?
Customers offer CAD drawing or products samples, we will make form and drawings, send back to customers to confirm, then customers pay to make new moulds.After testing moulds, we will send test samples to customer to confrim before quantity production.We can offer general machine processing and CNC machine processing to produce aluminium products.
Q4: How to make OEM?
We will sign agreement and customer need to offer us brand authorization, we will product customized products with mark customers’ brand on the product and package with requirements.
Q5: How about the payment terms?
100% T/T for new moulds. FOB China port, T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance is paid before loading. L/C: the balance irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q6: How about the delivery time?
With regular production, 15-20 days after receiving deposit.
Q7: What’s the thickness for anodizing film ? Can you do 15um?
Our normal thickness is 8-10um, but we can also du 15um and above if you need.
