The factory covers an area of more than 8000 square meters.  we has 8 extrusion machines: 600T-4000T extrusion machine, a variety of specifications aluminum bar production, in addition to the conventional 6 series aluminum profiles we can also produce 6082, 5083, 5086, 7046, 7075 and other special aluminum alloy, a variety of alloy composition stability, to ensure hardness and strength. The annual output is 30,000 tons of profiles.
Deep processing workshop has large CNC, many CNC lathes, milling machines, punching machines, etc., which can provide turning, milling, stamping, drilling and tapping, bending and other processing techniques. We can carry out surface treatment such as anodized, powder coating, mechanical polishing and sandblasting.
