This is our new product ShengLi t slotted v slot 4040 aluminum extrusion profiles used in 3D printer with many anodized color. adopts corrosion-resistant 6063-T5, 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy with a clear anodize finish. Not only do our Slotted Aluminum Profiles come in a variety of standard lengths and sizes, we also offer cut to length services to better meet your projects specific needs.ShengLI Slots are also available in smooth and grooved profiles and a variety of colors.

Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a self-own factory, with aluminum extrusion lines and deep prcessing machines since 2012.
Q2: How about the products standrads?
Technology Standrads: GB/5237-2008.
Q3: How to make customized?
Customers offer CAD drawing or products samples, we will make form and drawings, send back to customers to confirm, then customers pay to make new moulds.After testing moulds, we will send test samples to customer to confrim before quantity production.We can offer general machine processing and CNC machine processing to produce aluminium products.
Q4: How to make OEM?
We will sign agreement and customer need to offer us brand authorization, we will product customized products with mark customers’ brand on the product and package with requirements.
Q5: How about the payment terms?
100% T/T for new moulds. FOB China port, T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance is paid before loading. L/C: the balance irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q6: How about the delivery time?
With regular production, 15-20 days after receiving deposit.
Q7: What’s the thickness for anodizing film ? Can you do 15um?
Our normal thickness is 8-10um, but we can also du 15um and above if you need.
